Welcome to the 2021-2022 Dennison school year!
We are once again using Online Registration this year. Below is some information to help guide you through the process. If you have difficulty with any of the steps, please call the School Office (303.982.6382) and someone will be able to assist you.
Step 1 - Required Forms

  • Student Emergency Card - Please print and complete one (1) emergency card per student.
  • Health Action Plan - If your student has a Health Action Plan, you should have received an email from the Clinic Aide at the end of the school year. If your student has an action plan, but you did not receive a form, please contact the Clinic Aide during the first week of school. You can also find Clinic Forms under School Documents. Feel go there to print off the forms you need to submit to the Clinic Aide
  • Code of Conduct Form- Please read the family and student handbook then return the signed Code of Conduct form.
  • Dennison Transportation Information- This information will help the staff know how your student gets to and from school.   **NEW THIS YEAR**   If you plan to have your student ride the bus this year you will need to fill out the Bus Rider Registration form in order for you to receive your ZPass (bus pass).  If you have any questions please visit the transportation website.

Step 2 - Jeffco Connect

  • Jeffco Connect - Please be sure to update all information in Jeffco Connect for each student, including all emergency information. We need to have this information electronically as well as a  hard copy of the Student Emergency Card found in Step 1.
  • Pay your school fees, transportation fees (if student(s) ride the bus) and any OPT fees (if needed).
  • Lunch Fees - Transfer money into your students lunch account through SchoolCafe  or if you have questions please call Brandon Morrison at 303-982-6765.
  • If needed, apply for Free and Reduced Lunch. Pay particular attention to Step #7 of the application and select any and all programs you wish to share information with, this will also be the fees that can be waived. You must apply every year.

Step 3 - Student Fees

  • Fee Sheet Letter - This letter provides a brief description for some of the fees you will find on your student(s) fee schedule.
  • 2021-22 Fee Sheet
  • All student fees can be paid online. There is no service fee charge for that convenience.
  • You can always pay fees with cash, check or credit card in the School Office. See the office to assist you with payment.

Step 4 - Transportation

  • Bus Fees - All Dennison students have the OPT Bus fee charged to them. If your student(s) do not ride the bus, do not pay the fee. The Transportation Department will remove them later during the semester. For more information on transportation visit the Jeffco website.
  • Part-Time Riders - These are students who 1) ride only TO school, 2) ride only FROM school, 3) ride one-way 5 times or less per week. Please contact Sandy Gallegos at 303-982-2562 for more information and a reduced bus fee. Again, do not pay the OPT Transportation fee until the fee has been adjusted by the Transportation Department.
